1.  Introduction: 

 

Main content is metallic compound, the mechanism that soluble salt gives off color is that the metal cation in salt enters into the body along with penetration solution and presents after firing.

 

The soluble salts of Vanda Glaze are colorful, having the characteristic of high stability, fine penetration effect, not easy to deposit.

 

 

 

2.  Application Range: 

suitable for decorating the vitrified or polished tile surface.

 

 

 

3.  Usage Method:                     

 

3.1 Mixing glaze:

 

Add 2-5% thickening agent (CMC) to dissolve in glycol, then uniformly mix with the glaze; Pass through 100-mesh screen; Stale for more than 12 hours.

 

3.2 Printing:

 

(1) Dry the body: Moisture should be less than 0.5%;

(2)Print for 1-3 times: the screen is about 80-150 mesh;

(3)Apply water: With the quantity of 400-450g/m2, divided into 2-3 times as usual; (4) Load into kiln: make sure the moisture of body less than 2%.
