Ceramic Liquid Nanometer Antifouling Agent
1. Introduction:
Vanda nanometer antifouling agent is named N-100. It is usually applied in decorating ceramic tile surface; it can promote the antifouling effect of the surface with sharp shininess, and make the surface be easy to clean. Nanometer antifouling agent can be divided into two kinds: one is aqueous (called N-100A), another is oily (called N-100B). First, the aqueous one fills up the pores on tile surface, and increases the shininess to 90; one the other hand, the oily one adjusts the surface characteristic. They can make the surface not absorb water and oil, just like lotus leaf.
2. Function Principle:
The abraders make the nanometer agent infiltrate into the surface pores, and the agent produces physical chemistry reaction with the tile surface, so it can adhere to the tile surface firmly. Even if the shininess might reduce caused by abrasion, the anti-fouling performance is still good.
3. Usage Method and Notice:
(1) The abraders should be made of hard wool. They can make the agent infiltrate into the pores, when they go round and round at a high speed. The abraders must be heat-resistant ( at least 1500C), and should be prevented from burning.
(2) For aqueous agent, about 10~40 groups of abraders are needed, and for oily agent ,about 1~4 groups are needed . And according to various equipment , the exact parameters should be adjusted
(3) Properly control the agent dosage and abrader pressure .And pay attention to one principle as follow: from wet surface to dry surface, a proper transition is needed, and at least a quarter of the entire time for dry polish is needed. Or else, the agent cannot enter the pores
(4) If the shininess of the surface is good ,but the anti-fouling effect is bad (tested by oily marker ), the oily agent dosage should be increased properly.
(5) Under normal condition , all parameters should be firm, or else, the anti-fouling effect will be affected
(6) Generally speaking, the dosage proportion is A to B equaled 3 to 1. And it can be adjusted according to various equipment.
(7) According to various equipment and tile surface, the dosage is various. Generally speaking, the dosage is from 50g to 80g per square meter (A plus B).
