They  can be applied to vitrified tiles, single fast firing glazed tiles, especially large specification tiles.

4.  Function Principle:

Body binder can make slurry granules attract each other, and form network structure with the slurry particles, hence can improve the body strength.

5.  Performance:

(1) They can greatly improve the body strength, make production easier.

(2) They can break down completely at low temperature of 400-600 centigrade degree, without any leftover.

(3) They don’t influence slurry property.

(4) T-9000 is liquid, and can be added directly into the ballmilled slurry, so it is very convenient to use.
